Straightness measuring system GMS-S profile for combined drawing lines

Schmallenberg / Scharnstein / Austria – For our customer ASMAG-Anlagenplanung and Sondermaschinenbau GmbH, the next patented straightness and twist measurement (GMS-Sprofile) was delivered for integration in an ASMAG combined drawing line. In very close cooperation with this globally active and also highly innovative company, the major challenger “cycle time” had to be met.

The brass profiles with lengths up to 4 meters are scanned inline by our GMS-Sprofile at 4 m/s scanning speed and on two parallel measuring lines.

The impressive accuracy of our measuring system, especially at these measuring speeds and the prevailing industry-related adversities, is to be emphasized again in this project!
